2023 is becoming quite the interesting year around our house.

I left Curve in August to write a book with my wife around the idea that 'Bad Bosses Ruin Lives'.  Most people don't start the day saying "I'm going to be evil today", yet 99.5% of respondents in our recent survey said they've had one or more types of bad bosses.  There's a mismatch here, and our book helps explain why, and what you can do about it as a manager.
